Ian Glennie
Executive Producer
20 years public relations and marketing experience gained in-house and in consultancies. He established Glennie McIntosh in 1993 to provide a broad range of communications services to blue chip clients in both private and public sectors, based upon a foundation of first class customer service. Ian is a specialist in marketing, communications and web strategies
His role is to:
- Work with clients to identify and explore the issues that would benefit from the investment in a powerful Social Film Drama
- Research the subject matter and work with Richard Penfold in evolving the story structure
- Work with clients to help them make the most effective use of their Social Film Drama in achieving their communication objectives, prompting further action and bringing about change in attitudes and behaviour
Richard Penfold
Writer & Co-Director
Richard co-heads Omni’s moving image department with Sam Hearn. Specializing in idea development, screenwriting and direction for a broad range of productions, Richard helps oversee all output from social film drama to commercial and corporate communications with which he is especially adept at understanding and effectively communicating challenging subject matter. Formerly trained in media intelligence research by the Press Association, Richard has ten years experience in moving image production.
His role is to:
- Work with Ian Glennie to develop the story structure
- Research the subject matter in detail
- Write the drama in a way that is authentic, conveys emotional intensity and really connects with the audience
- Co-Direct drama
Sam Hearn
Producer & Co-Director
Sam has over 9 years experience working on the management and successful delivery of a wide range of projects ranging from web and interactive work to film/video production and graphic design. This diverse history has equipped him with a highly attuned attention for detail, flexibility, and grace under pressure. As an experienced producer he will manage communication between our teams and the Client, anticipate problems and quickly identify the best solutions guiding us all to successful, winning work.
His role is to:
- Produce drama with Executive Producer Ian Glennie
- Edit the film in a way that holds the emotional power of the actors and holds the attention of the audience
- Co-Direct drama
Gareth Jones
Producer
15 years public relations and marketing experience gained in-house and in consultancy, delivering marketing communications programmes for local, national and international organisations. =
His role is to:
- Work with clients and Ian Glennie to identify and explore key issues
- Provide a proactive link between clients and production teams to ensure objectives and timescales are met
- dentify information sources, specialist advisors and locations
- Assist in researching the subject matter and evolving the story structure
- Work with clients to help them make the most effective use of their Social Film Drama in achieving their communication objectives.
