Managing serious offenders in the community

Protecting Jayne

The Home Office is the government department responsible for internal affairs in England and Wales. They work to build a safe, just and tolerant society, to enhance opportunities for all, and to ensure the protection and security of the public is maintained. MAPPA (Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements) oversees the management of serious violent and sex offenders.

For the Home Office, Glennnie-Omni produced a social film drama that both informed and reassured the public by depicting how the authorities manage serious offenders in the community.

Within the story that follows a child sex offender as he is prepared for, and released into the community, Our team clearly illustrate within an engaging narrative, the complex issues and challenges faced by the authorities, and how these authorities apply methodical procedures designed to protect the victims and public from harm.
